The Supreme Student Government (SSG) is the most powerful and highest governing body in the Institution. It composed of officers duly elected by the entire student body in the tertiary level. It represents the voice of the studentry with the following duties and responsibilities:

  • To develop school spirit among the students and promote their general welfare;
  • To organize and direct student activities of the nature described;
  • To inform the President, the Director of Student Services, the SODO, and the College Dean on student maters, affairs, and activities;
  • To adopt its own by-laws for its own internal and general government; and
  • To exercise such powers and perform such other functions in accordance with laws and regulations.

The composition of the SSG, its officers, and the matter of electing its members and officers shall be in accordance with rules and regulations promulgated by the SODO Office. The Federation President shall be ex-officio member of the Administrative/Academic Council during his/her term.

Students who are graduates of SPAMAST are automatically becomes the member of the SPAMAST Alumni Association. This association is organized for social activities to formal dinners and networking events to leadership-development programsto Homecoming events. It provides a variety of benefits and services that help alumni maintain connections to their educational institution and fellow graduates.

The Office of Socio-Cultural and Sports Unit motivates the students to participate in social, cultural, sports, and intellectual events inside and outside SPAMAST. In selecting members, those who passed the audition proper or screening held separately by each group such as:

  • Bagong Indayog Performers (Dance Troupe)
  • Choir group
  • SPAMAST Band
  •  Varsity players

28.1. Provide students with the opportunity to be responsible for managing, editing and producing a publication;

28.2. Educate staff and contributors about the responsibilities and techniques of gathering and disseminating information;

28.3. Provide students with an understanding of the ethical and legal responsibilities that accompany freedom of the press.

28.4. Strive to inform and entertain readers through:

28.4.1. Truthful and intelligent accounts of issues and events presented in a meaningful context;

28.4.2. Examines and evaluates the goals and values of the college and the larger society;

28.4.3. Provides access to news and information

27.1. Students are required to submit themselves for a regular or semestral physical and dental check-up.

27.2. Students who are ill must obtain permission from his/her teacher to go to the clinic.

27.3. The clinic in-charge/nurse dispenses medicines for less serious illness.

However, in cases of serious sickness, the student is advised to seek for medical attention by a physician.

27.4. All medical records will only be kept confidentially for the required five years. After five years records will be destroyed.
