    15.1 Examinations for the removal of grades of Incomplete or “INC may be taken without fee if during examination period, there is in conflict of schedule.

    15.2 Removal examinations maybe taken at other times upon the approval of the College Dean and after payment of the corresponding fee.

    15.3 There shall be a one (1) year period for removing grades of INC. Provided, that subject is not a pre-requisite subject offered in the subsequent semester. If it is a prerequisite subject, it shall be removed or complied before the start of each semester.
