27.1. Students are required to submit themselves for a regular or semestral physical and dental check-up.
27.2. Students who are ill must obtain permission from his/her teacher to go to the clinic.
27.3. The clinic in-charge/nurse dispenses medicines for less serious illness.
However, in cases of serious sickness, the student is advised to seek for medical attention by a physician.
27.4. All medical records will only be kept confidentially for the required five years. After five years records will be destroyed.
