SPAMAST has three campus and extension campuses. Its main campus is located in Barangay Poblacion of the Municipality of Malita in Davao del Sur. This six-hectare lot campus along the shore of the Davao Gulf houses the Administration Office and the College of Agri-business, Fisheries and Marine Sciences (CAFMS). The Buhangin Campus has an eight-hectare lot satellite campus located along the national highway of Barangay Buhangin, still in the Municipality of Malita.

The Malita Campus is composed of four (4) departments namely: Education, Fisheries and Marine Sciences, Information Technology, and Laboratory High School. The fifth department of CAFMS is based in its Buhangin campus, which is the Department of Agriculture, Agri-business and Agro-forestry. Altogether, the CAFMS offers three (3) graduate programs, seven (7) undergraduate pro-grams, two (2) non-degree courses and a secondary education program.  The other campus of SPAMAST, called the College of Agricultural Sciences (CAS) the Digos Campus, is located at a five-hectare lot near the Provincial Capitol in Matti, Di-gos City, with a 28 ha research and production area in Matanao, Davao del Sur. The Digos campus carries out the mandate of the institution to provide instruction in agriculture and industrial fields. Here, two (2) graduate programs, six (6) undergraduate courses, and one (1) non-degree course are offered. Three (3) undergraduate programs are awarded Level 1 Accredited Status by AACCUP, which are the pro-grams of Agricultural Technology, Education, and Agri-business. The Research and Extension Office is also based in CAS.

Twenty eight years after its conversion, the faculty and staff of the College continuously work tirelessly towards the realization of the vision of SPAMAST to emerge as an institution of higher learning for advanced studies in its mandated functions and in other relevant fields. To date, accrediting its program offerings and forging linkages with various agencies through its RDE undertakings are the main thrust priorities of the college.
