SPAMAST Signs MoU with MAO, Brgy. Buhangin, and Women's Group

The Southern Philippines Agribuiness and Marine and Aquatic School of Technology (SPAMAST) forged partnership with the Municipal Agriculture Office (MAO) represented by its head of office, Mr. Saturnino Parcasio Jr., Barangay Buhangin, represented by Barangay Captain, Hon. Edgardo T. Palacio, and Women Entrepreneurs of Brgy. Buhangin (WEBB), a women’s group represented by its President, Mrs. Geneva Diocor on January 11, 2023 at SPAMAST. President Ruth S. Lucero, PhD signed the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the said partners on the Integrated and Systematic Technology for Agricultural E-commercial Kart (iSTACK), a project that aims to maximize technology for agricultural and entrepreneurial activities and undertakings of SPAMAST and its stakeholders. “SPAMAST is fervent in its desire to support the causes of our farmers and fisherfolks, SPAMAST believes in the power of technology to uplift the lives of our fellow Filipinos, thus, this project will surely be a milestone for us and our stakeholders,” Dr. Lucero quipped. Also present were ICT Director, Dr. Arneda Jean Gonzales, International Affairs and Linkages Director, Dr. Ariel E. San Jose, and SPAMAST faculty.
