SPAMAST Signs MoU with LGU on Anti-Drugs Abuse Campaign

SPAMAST President and Balay Silangan Technical Working Group (TWG) member, Dr. Ruth S. Lucero signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on October 24, 2022 to combat drug-abuse related cases in Malita, Davao Occidental. Balay Silangan is a reformatory facility and part of the intervention program to help the eligible persons with substance use problems. Simultaneous with the MoU signing, Balay Silangan was officially inaugurated. The Chairman of the TWG is Mayor Bradly L. Bautista and the Focal Person is Dr. Rasario B. Mosqueda, and they work together with 16 TWG members from different state agencies.
